Changes due to COVID-19:
We seriously considered closing the accommodation this year due to Covid-19 but we have decided to try to honour the bookings we already have. However, any new bookings require days for cleaning either side - this means we have a few weeks with different changeover days (hopefully the calendar will make these obvious). This is to take the pressure off Jenny and I whilst we are having to carry out a more rigorous cleaning regime.
I want all our guests to be assured that we will do our best to keep ourselves and all our guests safe.
The most common symptoms of coronavirus are “recent onset of a continuous cough or high temperature or a loss of, or change in, normal sense of taste or smell”.
If you have any symptoms of coronavirus (or live in the same household of someone with these symptoms) please do not come. If you have any symptoms of coronavirus on your way to The Turbles please return home. Please do not put other guests, my family and myself at risk.
The changes are outlined below. Any queries, please just ask :-) But most importantly stay safe.

A strict cleaning schedule will be adhered to. All touch points will have been disinfected.
All bedding (including duvets, pillows, mattress protectors and pillow protectors) and towels will be removed from the accommodation after each stay. They will then be replaced with other bedding which will have been stored for over 72 hours.
Hand Sanitiser and cleaning products are provided, More sanitiser is available to purchase if needed.
If you develop these symptoms during your stay then please let me know immediately so that we can work out the next steps to be taken.
Government advice states that anyone with these symptoms stay at home for 7 days, or 14 days if living with someone who has the symptoms. There is no need to call NHS 111 to go into self-isolation. If symptoms worsen during self-isolation, or are no better after 7 days contact NHS 111 online, or if there is no internet, call NHS 111.
If guests have acute breathing difficulties call 999.
